This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a return, exchange, or refund.

By placing an order on riddhimafasion.com, you agree to the terms below.

  1. Return Eligibility – 7-Day Return Window

You may raise a return or exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  1. Valid Reasons for Return / Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges ONLY under the following conditions:

βœ” Product Defect (Seller-Side Issue)

Eligible if:

  • Product is received damaged
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Stitching issue
  • Missing accessories
  • Wrong design/size/color delivered
  • Product is significantly different from the description

In such cases, you may request:

  • Replacement of the same product
  • Exchange (if stock available)
  • Refund (only if replacement/exchange isn’t possible)

❌ Not Eligible for Return

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Customer damage or misuse
  • Wrong size selected by customer
  • Color variation due to screen brightness
  • Product used or washed
  • Tags, labels, original packaging missing
  • Hygiene-related items
  • Clearance sale / discounted items marked as β€œNo Return”
  • Minor difference in measurements (Β±1–2 inches)
  • Change of mind / no longer needed
  1. Mandatory Requirement – Unboxing Video

To approve any return or defect claim, the customer must provide:

  • Package before opening
  • Entire unboxing process
  • Visible defect/damage

Without this video proof, returns/refunds cannot be approved.

  1. Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Free from stains/perfume/smell
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags intact

Products that fail these checks will be rejected and sent back.

  1. Return Process
  1. Submit a return/exchange request via Email/WhatsApp within 7 days.
  2. Attach unboxing video + clear photos of the defect.
  3. Our support team verifies the claim (within 24–48 hours).
  4. If approved, return pickup will be arranged.
  5. After quality inspection, replacement/refund will be processed.
  1. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following situations:

  • Defective item from seller side
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Size/design unavailable for exchange
  • Replacement not possible due to out-of-stock

Refund Timeline

  • Prepaid orders β†’ Refund to original payment method within 7–10 working days
  • COD orders β†’ Refund via UPI/Bank transfer within 7–10 working days

Important

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If return is rejected after inspection, no refund will be processed.
  1. Exchange Policy
  • Exchange depends on stock availability.
  • Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.
  • If exchange item is unavailable, refund will be provided only in genuine seller-side defect cases.
  1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:

Customer can request cancellation.

After Shipping:

Order cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
In such cases, the 7-day return policy applies (seller-side defects only).

  1. Return Shipment Failure

If the courier partner attempts pickup and the customer is unavailable:

  • Pickup will be attempted 2–3 times
  • If still unsuccessful, return request may be cancelled
  1. Repeated Return Abuse

If a customer repeatedly misuses the return policy, we reserve the right to:

  • Block COD orders`
  • Restrict future returns
  • Cancel suspicious orders
