This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your order placed on riddhimafasion.com.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
- Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order ONLY before the order has been shipped.
Once the order is packed, handed over to the courier partner, or marked as “Shipped/Dispatched,” cancellation is no longer possible.
- How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel an order (before it is shipped), you must contact us immediately via:

Please provide:
- Order Number
- Registered Name & Mobile Number
- Reason for cancellation (optional)
We will verify the status and confirm if cancellation is still possible.
- When Cancellation is NOT Allowed
Cancellation requests will be rejected if:
- The order has already been shipped
- The shipment is in transit with the courier
- The order has been marked as “Out for Delivery”
- Multiple cancellations are done repeatedly (misuse of policy)
Once dispatched, customers must wait for delivery and then follow the Return Policy (only applicable for seller-side defects).
- Cancellation of Prepaid Orders
If your prepaid order is successfully cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund timeline:
- 7–10 working days (depending on bank/payment gateway)
- Cancellation of COD Orders
For Cash-on-Delivery orders:
- Cancellation is allowed only before shipping
- No charges apply for valid cancellations
- In case of repeated COD cancellations, we may block COD for your account
- Automatic Order Cancellation
Your order may be automatically cancelled if:
- Payment fails or is incomplete
- Product becomes out of stock
- Invalid shipping address provided
- Fraud or suspicious activity is detected
In such cases, you will be notified through email/SMS/WhatsApp.
- Refusal to Accept Delivery
If a customer refuses to accept a shipped order:
- It will be treated as post-dispatch cancellation (not allowed)
- The customer may be restricted from placing future COD orders
- Return shipping charges may apply (in repeated misuse cases)
- Modification of Order
Once an order is placed:
- Changes in size, color, address, or product are only possible before shipping
- After dispatch, modifications are not allowed

RiddhimaFasion reserves the right to:
- Cancel any order due to operational reasons
- Modify or update the Cancellation Policy at any time
- Decline cancellation requests raised after shipment
