  1. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

6.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order:

  • You will receive an acknowledgment (order confirmation).
  • This does not guarantee acceptance.
  • Orders may be accepted only after verification of payment and stock.

6.2 Reasons for Order Cancellation

We may cancel or refuse an order due to:

  • Product out of stock
  • Pricing errors
  • Invalid payment
  • Fraud or suspicious activity
  • Shipping restrictions for specific locations
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information

6.3 Customer-Initiated Cancellation

  • You can cancel an order before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation or modification is not possible.
  1. Payments
  • We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets, and COD (in select areas).
  • All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.
  • We do not store or access your card details.
  • For failed transactions, the amount (if debited) will be automatically refunded by your bank/gateway.
  1. Shipping & Delivery Terms

8.1 Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery time: 3–10 working days, depending on your location.
  • Remote or special areas may take longer.
  • Festivals, national holidays, natural calamities, or courier issues may cause delays.

8.2 Tracking

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be sent via SMS/email/WhatsApp.
  • Courier delays are not in our control; we are not liable for external delays.

8.3 Delivery Attempts

  • Courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If undelivered due to customer unavailability, wrong address, or phone number issues, order may be returned back.
  1. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

9.1 Eligibility

Returns/Exchanges accepted only if:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Size issue (subject to availability)
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags & packaging intact.

9.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Accessories, innerwear, and hygiene-sensitive items
  • Used or washed products
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Products bought under FINAL SALE or CLEARANCE

9.3 Return Process

  • Customer must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide unboxing video (mandatory for damaged/wrong item claims).
  • After verification, pickup will be scheduled.

9.4 Refunds

  • For prepaid orders: refunded to original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • For COD orders: refund initiated to bank/UPI after customer provides valid details.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  1. Exchanges
  • Exchange requests depend on stock availability.
  • If size/design is unavailable, refund will be issued.
  • Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.
  1. User Accounts
  • Customers may create an account to track orders.
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details.
  • Any misuse of your account is your responsibility.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All logos, banners, product images, website design, text, and graphics are the exclusive property of RiddhimaFasion.
  • Unauthorized usage, copying, editing, or redistribution is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
  1. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Courier delays or delivery failures
  • Product color/size variations
  • Losses caused by misuse or improper handling of products
  • Technical errors, server downtime, or website malfunction
  • Unauthorized access to your account

In any situation, our maximum liability is limited to the order value.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RiddhimaFasion harmless against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Misuse of the website
  • Violation of our Terms
  • Abuse, fraud, or illegal activity
  1. Third-Party Services
  • We work with third-party couriers, payment gateways, and service providers.
  • We are not responsible for their actions, delays, or errors.
